WARRANTY INFORMATION

Our products are warranted against material failure or manufacturer defects, burns or rusting,
but does not control normal wear and tear or discoloration.

Proof of purchase is required to claim the warranty on any of our products and the warranty is non-transferable -
is only available to the original buyer.

Our ProQ smokehouse grills have a 10-year limited warranty against defects caused by improper handling or defective materials to the original purchaser.
The parts are covered by the warranty for various lengths as follows:

Hatch - 10 years
The main body and relevant parts that are firmly mounted - handles, fans

Extensions - 10 years
Main body, side handles, relevant parts that are firmly mounted

Base - 5 years + 5 years 50% discount
The main body, legs, brackets and relevant parts that are firmly mounted - handles, latches.
After 5 years, you will receive a 50% discount on the purchase of a new base.

Small parts - 5 years
Doors, hinges, grate brackets, grate

Small parts - 1 year
Briget basket, water pan, thermometer


PROQ FLIP'N GRATE Rotating grill
These grills are covered by a 5-year warranty for defects caused by improper handling or defective materials of the original purchaser.
Shipping bag not included.

PROQ FLATDOG Portable grill
These portable grills are covered by a 1-year warranty for defects caused by improper handling or defective materials of the original purchaser.

PROQ CHIMNEY STARTER
This stainless steel chimney starter is covered by a 5-year warranty for defects caused by improper handling or defective materials of the original purchaser.
Damage caused by improper use or negligence is not covered.

PROQ ACCESSORIES
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all our ProQ accessories are covered by a warranty for 1 year from purchase for defects caused
 poor workmanship or defective materials to the original purchaser.
