Proof of purchase is required to claim the warranty on any of our products and the warranty is non-transferable

Our ProQ smokehouse grills have a 10-year limited warranty against defects caused by improper handling or defective materials to the original purchaser. The parts are covered by the warranty for various lengths as follows:
Lid - 10 years The main body and relevant parts that are firmly mounted - handles, fans
Stacker - 10 years Main body, side handles, relevant parts that are firmly mounted
Base - 5 years + 5 years 50% discount The main body, legs, brackets and relevant parts that are firmly mounted - handles, latches.
After 5 years, you will receive a 50% discount on the purchase of a new base.
Small parts - 5 years Doors, hinges, grate brackets, grate
Small parts - 1 year Briget basket, water pan, thermometer
