to add the necessary spice and flavor; this thing is seriously hot.

Water, distilled vinegar, spices (African bird's eye chili, cayenne pepper, paprika), lemon puree (5%), salt, onion puree (3%), 
sunflower oil, green chili, stabilizers (xanthan gum, propylene glycol alginate). garlic puree, thickener (modified corn starch), 
antioxidant (ascorbic acid), rosemary extract.
