This COBB Grill is used for grilling and baking in combination with a grill.
The COBB Grill Plate is used in combination with a grill grate for indirect grilling or separately for grilling or baking.
The fat drains through the grooves into the inner bowl and thus prevents the formation of smoke and flames.
The grid has a non-stick layer that prevents food from sticking.
Before grilling, let the grill heat up to the optimum temperature for 8-10 minutes - without the lid!
