At ProQ, we design and manufacture our products with 3 things in mind: versatility, quality and ease of use. Thanks to these guiding principles, our grills are full of innovative features that make them very popular with beginners and experienced barbecue professionals around the world.
From a small cauldron to the beach to a full-height smokehouse with a double chest stack, our original modular design gives you the flexibility to cook in many different styles. By adding or removing stackers, you can easily grill, roast and smoke hot / fast or low / slow. The cooking chamber can also be used for cold smoking of a variety of foods.
HOW IS THE PROQ DIFFERENT FROM OTHER BBQ GRILLS?
The modular design of our smokehouses is what sets us apart from most other BBQ grills. ProQ can be used as a normal charcoal grill, outdoor oven and BBQ smokehouse. Many other brands of BBQ smokehouses are purely for smoking - meaning you will also need to buy an extra cauldron BBQ or gas grill if you want to grill over a direct fire.
Our 4th generation ProQ smokehouses require very little assembly, so you can be ready and smoke in minutes. They are made to last - high quality porcelain, stainless steel, aluminum and comfortable silicone help protect your smokehouse grill from corrosion for many years.
